Weight Loss Challenges are short nutrition courses hosted all around South Africa designed to give anyone the knowledge and support they need to
achieve safe, long term weight loss. The challenge is run as a competition, with all participants paying into a prize fund. At the end of the challenge, the three participants who have lost the most weight and/or body fat or gained lean muscle mass will win cash prizes and go into the Herbalife National competition where a "biggest Level 10 achiever is announced " with more prizes rewarded. Weight Loss Challenges employ a back-to-basics understanding of food, exercise and lifestyle, and how this affects a person's weight, health and energy.

2. 5 WEEKS TO 5 K
For many reasons, running a 5K race is a popular goal for people who strive for a more active life. For one, it provides a fun, social environment to make your workout more enjoyable. Secondly, it is achievable by anyone, yet is a great challenge for even the most experienced runners. Most importantly, 5K (3.1 mile) races are the most popular distances for running competitions worldwide because anyone can train for them in a relatively short period of time, regardless of their previous fitness level.
This comprehensive training programme will give you all of the information you need to get you running your first 5K race in just 5 weeks. We have organised it based on three ability levels – beginner, for someone who's never run before; intermediate, for someone who is moderately active; and advanced, for someone who considers themselves fairly active and is looking to improve his or her fitness and running time. You will learn the importance of a healthy, active life, as well as how fitness, nutrition and lifestyle work hand-in-hand to help you achieve your goals. Whether you're new to running or already do cardio a few times a week, this program will take you from 0 to 5K in style successfully.
HOW EXACTLY DOES "5 WEEKS TO 5K" WORK?
As with Herbalife24FIT, the "5 Weeks to 5K" program utilises the basics of periodisation training, which is one of the most established and time- tested training methods in the sports world. By systematically increasing your training load and allowing for necessary rest to promote muscle adaptation, you will gradually build fitness in a sustainable way. Unlike most programs, we want you to avoid starting out too fast. Our goal is to get you race-ready without becoming mentally frustrated, physically tired or, even worse, injured.

3. STAY 4EVER "FIT CLUB"
The Smarter Way To Workout
To Celebrate active healthy lifestyles of created the Stay 4 Ever Fit 24 Clubs. This is a COMPLIMENTARY STAY 4 EVER FIT "24 "CLUB BOOTCAMP REGISTRATION is every 90 days but you may join at any point. Just pop an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Camp meets 2-3 days a week at Da Vincenzo in Kyalami (www.davincenzo.co.za) and Pretoria
- Camp times - Sunday 8am and Tues and Thurs 6:00 pm (you may come to one or all of these
- For the program to remain free you must attend at least 2 classes weekly - there are no
penalties but commit to at least 2 for your own good!
- These 1 hour work-outs incorporate cardio and strength training in an extremely FUN and
- * Power Challenges will be held 2 / 3 x a month (advanced level) - this will be posted
- Before the start date each participant must complete a Free Wellness evaluation. Schedule

- Pre or post workout drinks will be available 30 minutes before and after each class to maximize

In the evaluation, you'll find out your body composition numbers like your lean body mass, your body fat %, your metabolic rate and the amount of protein that you need on a daily basis to maintain your muscle mass. We also do a nutrition and lifestyle EVALUATION AND OFFER YOU SOME RECOMMENDATIONS SO YOU CAN MAKE HEALTHIER CHOICES. IT TAKES ABOUT AN HOUR. AS A GIFT TO YOU, WE'LL GIVE YOU A BOOKLET THAT CONTAINS A LOT OF GREAT INFORMATION ON IMPROVING YOUR WELLNESS ALONG WITH ALL OF YOUR BODY COMPOSITION NUMBERS.
Manuela will also include 2 complimentary Professional Training sessions to provide you with a better understanding or intensities and training techniques.
